Drivers in and around East Hampshire will have 12 National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And five of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• A3, from 9pm June 15 to 6am June 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound, Horndean to Weston, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversions via National Highways network.

• A3, from 9pm June 16 to 6am June 24, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 southbound, Queen Elizabeth Park to Horndean, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversions via National Highways network.

• A27, from midnight, February 27 to 11.59pm June 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): abnormal load - Essex to Southampton.

And a further nine closures will begin over the next two weeks:

• A3, from 8pm June 19 to 6am June 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Ham Barn to Liphook, Lane closures for inspection work.

• A3, from 9pm June 19 to 6am June 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for drainage works, diversion via Highways England network.

• A3, from 8pm June 21 to 6am June 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Weston, slip road and lane closures for Scottish and Southern Power Distribution work, diversion via local authority Network.

• M27, from midnight, June 26 to 11.59pm August 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): abnormal Load Movement, Gosport to Ipswich.

• A3, from 8pm June 26 to 6am July 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Longmoor to Hazel Grove, carriageway closures for tunnel maintenance.

• A3, from 8pm June 27 to 6am June 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3M northbound, junction 2 to Berelands, entry slip road and lane closure for drainage works.

• A3, from 8pm June 30 to 5am July 1, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 southbound, Griggs Green to Longmoor, exit slip road closure for barrier repairs.

• A3, from 8pm July 3 to 6am July 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Longmoor, Lane closures for inspection work.

• A3, from 9pm July 3 to 6am July 7, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 southbound, Liphook, slip road and lane closures for resurfacing work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
