Drivers in and around East Hampshire will have nine National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 8pm June 26 to 6am July 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Longmoor to Hazel Grove, carriageway closures for tunnel maintenance.

M27, from midnight, June 26 to 11.59pm August 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): abnormal Load Movement, Gosport to Ipswich.

And a further seven closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A3, from 8pm July 3 to 6am July 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Longmoor, Lane closures for inspection work.

A3, from 9pm July 3 to 6am July 7, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 southbound, Liphook, slip road and lane closures for resurfacing work.

A3, from 8pm July 10 to 6am July 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3M northbound, junction 2, slip road and lane closures for resurfacing work, diversion via National Highways network.

A3, from 8pm July 10 to 6am July 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance, diversion via Highways England network.

A3, from 9pm July 10 to 6am July 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 both directions Sheet, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversion via National Highways network.

A3, from 9pm July 14 to 6am July 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Sheet to Liss, Lane closures for drainage work.

A3, from 8pm July 17 to 6am July 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Griggs Green to Longmoor, slip road and lane closures for drainage work, diversion via National Highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
