Drivers in and around East Hampshire will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And two of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 8pm January 6 to 6am July 2, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Longmoor to Milford, carriageway closure for roadmarkings renewal.

And a further six closures will begin over the next two weeks:

A3, from 8pm June 2 to 6am June 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hindhead Tunnel, Contraflow for tunnel maintenance, diversion via Highways England network.

A27, from 9.30pm June 2 to 6am June 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A27 both directions Harts Farm Way, link road and lane closures for maintenance work.

A3, from 8pm June 9 to 6am December 20, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 both directions Hogs Back to Longmoor, carriageway closures for resurfacing work.

A3, from 9.30pm June 11 to 6am June 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3M northbound, junction 2, slip road and lane closure for maintenance work.

A3, from 9.30pm June 12 to 6am June 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Chalton to Horndean, slip road and lane closures for maintenance work.

A3, from 9pm June 16 to 6am June 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 northbound, Longmoor, Narrow lanes and speed limit for barrier work.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
