HE’S quite fond of air travel but Santa will be hitting the road today as he begins a sleigh tour of Petersfield.

Petersfield Round Table will be providing logistical support for Santa, Rudolph and his Elves on their annual trip around town.

The tour will begin at 4pm today (Saturday, December 9) on Barentin Way with stops at Pooh Corner Nursery Sheet (5pm), Tilmore Gardens/Stafford Road (5.45pm), Moggs Mead Co-op (6.15pm) and Teazle Close/Rival Moor Road (7.30pm) also on the itinerary.

Santa’s Sleigh will also take part in tomorrow's Christmas Festival Parade in The Square at 3.30pm before heading out to Noreuil Road, Highfield Road, Weald Way, Cranford Road and Borough Road.

Sweets may even be handed out to visitors who have been nice this year!
