THE overhaul of a notorious A3 accident blackspot near Liss has been shelved for at least five years.

Around 20 lorries have overturned at Ham Barn roundabout but plans to improve the junction after the opening of the A3 tunnel at Hindhead this summer have been shelved until at least 2015.
