HELP is available for Whitehill and Bordon businesses with East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) launching a support programme for town retailers.

EHDC's Whitehill and Bordon team has partnered with retail specialist Vision On to provide the training opportunities.

Business managers can learn skills like marketing, attracting and retaining customers and creating shop displays. There are three levels of support, which include sessions with a retail consultant, business assessments and one-to-one coaching.

The EHDC programme aims to support businesses through the transition period between the Army leaving and new residents moving into the town.

Southern Entrepreneurs will hold a networking event for small businesses, from 6pm to 8pm on November 20, at Bordon Working Men's Club.
