Grand Designs house in South Downs fails to sell as price is cut by £750kWendy Savage, Marie Curie’s community fundraiser for East Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, said: “The cakes were donated by all the ladies who attend Athena, by local supermarkets, and the fabulous chef at The Links Tavern made a delicious chocolate fudge cake for us all.
“Marie Curie provides palliative care in the community to patients and their families. Every £20 we raise pays for another hour of this valuable care and this amount will enable another family to have our care at a very difficult time.
"We are very grateful for the kind support by Athena Network Liphook Group and Vicky and everyone at The Links for making this happen.”
