Theatre club ‘never closed’ in 65 years takes a bow

AS the final curtain has come down on many a village and town amateur dramatic group over past decades, the Headley Theatre Club has only gone from strength to strength, boosting its audience numbers with the offer of food at performances.

It is now celebrating its 65th anniversary.
