THE new director of The Phoenix, Rob Allerston, and administrator Sophia Egerton are busy getting to grips with a new online ticketing system at the theatre.

"We are delighted we can offer our customers this new service for the first time," said Mr Allerston.

"It is simple to use and gives them greater flexibility when buying tickets."
