MOBILE library stops are under threat after Hampshire County Council announced plans to "streamline" the service.
The council says many are under threat because they are under used with, on average, just two customers per stop.
Among the 40 villages which could lose parts of the service are Kingsley, Blackmoor, Selborne and East Worldham.
