WHITEHILL and Bordon have the lowest crime rate in East Hampshire, Whitehill Town Council heard at Monday's meeting.

But there are still hotspots of vandalism, rowdy behaviour and boy racers, causing a nightmare for residents in Lake Drive and Elm Close, councillors warned.
