WHITEHILL Town Council mayor and chairman Leslie Webber has chosen her mayor’s charity for the year.
Jeremy Mitchell, from The Rosemary Foundation, said it was “a great compliment” to receive Mrs Webber’s support.
He told Monday’s full council meeting about the work the charity does for the community.
The foundation provides home hospice care in a 15-mile radius around Petersfield but, unlike other similar organisations, it does not have a dedicated facility.
