AFTER the announcement that Bordon could have a train service again, it seems the town is on track to be one of the first of 14 towns earmarked to have a station re-opened.

In a statement this week from the Association of Train OPerating Companies, it was revealed that the town showed a positive benefit cost ratio, so there was a good business case for it to go ahead, which could put it in line as one of the first to get Government funding.
