DESPITE its tight budget, Whitehill Town Council will consider funding the continued services of a town improvement manger and a caretaker to look after the Don Mayes Pavilion at Bordon's recreation ground.

Council clerk Trish Bell said members needed to take action over the pavilion, which Wey Valley Football Club had left "in a state" and also lacks security.
