THE annual Deadwater Valley Trust barbecue was held in the garden of Bill and Chris Wain last Saturday.

Thirty-six members past and present were welcomed, while rangers Tori Melhuish and Jamie Cummins were in charge of the cooking, while guests wandered the grounds.

One of the attractions was the wild flower area.
