SOUTH East Water has granted what could become lifesaving money to Lindford Parish Council.
Chris Lunn, from South East Water, presented Lindford councillors with £285 from the company's Community Chest Fund last Friday.
This, combined with a grant from Yvonne Parker-Smith, under the Councillors' Community Grant Scheme, has enabled Lindford Parish Council to purchase a heated cabinet for its recently acquired defibrillator.
The automated external defibrillator is located at the Londis Store, in Lindford, where it can be accessed by the public.
