MEMBERS from three Women’s Institutes (WI) in the Bordon area have taken part in a walking netball session.

Women from the Blackmoor and Whitehill, Bordon Belles and Arford WI groups enjoyed the first of six walking netball sessions last Tuesday (January 14).

Rose Johnston from England Netball coached the group, in what members described as a “fun session”.

The activity was funded by a grant from East Hampshire district councillor Phillip Davies, enabling the WI to obtain coaching, equipment and the hire of the Bordon Roller Rink venue made available by David Edmundson.
