POLICE are seeking witnesses following a hit and run in Bordon.

On Thursday, January 7, a silver Volkswagen Bora, or similar vehicle, was in a collision with a blue Saab outside Tesco in Bordon High Street at around 6.30pm. The driver of the VW Bora failed to stop.

The driver of the Saab car, a 26-year-old man from Bordon, was unhurt.

Officers are keen for the driver of the silver vehicle, or anyone who has information, to come forward.

Pc Dale Pusey, from Alton police station, said: “These types of incident are rare but put lives at risk and increase all of our insurance premiums.”
