AN eagerly-awaited youth drop-in centre, funded by eco-town money, has opened at the Bordon's Garrison Youth Club in Kildare Road.

The Whitehill Youth Umbrella Group, using the Government's quick-win eco money, has set up the drop-in centres in response to youngsters' pleas for somewhere to go to meet friends and simply "chill out".
