DETERMINED Alton will look to win the Southern Premier League T20 Cup for the second time in three years at the Ageas Bowl on Sunday against Bashley.

Skipper Scott Myers will be looking to emulate the side whichlifted the trophy in 2017 against Havant.

Alton will be without New Zealander Matt Bacon, who has returned to Otago, but will boast big-hitting opener Ryan Covey fresh from being named players’ player of the year and first team player of the year at an end-of-season awards ceremony at the Alton House Hotel.

Sunday’s final at the Ageas Bowl starts at 7pm and entry is free.
