The housebuilding push in Bordon shows no sign of slowing down as a developer has showcased its latest addition to the town.

Taylor Wimpey South Thames held a launch event at The Shed last weekend (April 20 & 21) for the latest phase of the Dukes Quarter development.

The development at Thorpe Close will consist of 100 homes, ranging in size from two to four bedrooms, complementing those previously “delivered” by the housebuilder over two previous phases.

Future residents will be “surrounded by woodlands and green open space” with green incentives including triple glazing, EV charging points and PV panels.

“We’re delighted to announce the release of a new phase of homes at Dukes Quarter,” said Mary O’Brien, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey South Thames.

“From first time buyers with aspirations of stepping onto the property ladder to growing families looking to upsize, this latest phase of homes will have something for everyone.”
