IT was a school event designed to help develop thinking and problem-solving skills, but it also proved fun for pupils too.
Woodlea Primary School, Bordon, held a puzzle day last Friday.
The Happy Puzzle Company put the youngsters through their paces when each year group went into the school hall and took part in puzzles and games to challenge their brains.
They completed a range of problem-solving tasks, including tangrams and marble mazes, and struggled to balance penguins on icebergs.
