WATCH: Hampshire drone firm in spotlight as Conservatives unveil £50bn defence fundLast Wednesday the director of Manchester-based Archon Services, Aaron Mills, and its manager, Wesley Brown, answered questions from town residents about how they manage the security of such a large site.
The firm runs a security service 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, with hourly foot patrols inside the wire.
Vehicle patrols are undertaken in areas outside the wire including at the Hogmoor Inclosure, Martinique House and the Bordon and Oakhanger Sports Club.
n While members of the public can report an issue or incident to the security team, the two bosses said they were not police and anything serious or criminal needed to be reported to the police by telephone on 101 or online at the Hampshire Constabulary portal.
