AN AUTUMN fair is set to take place in support of the Headley Down Nature Reserve.
As well as a table-top sale, tea and plenty of home-made cakes, there will a raffle with prizes including a day for two with lunch and treatment at Grayshott Spa, £100 in cash from Stonehill Automotives and tea for two at the Chocolate Frog.
The Autumn Fair fundraiser has been organised on behalf of the nature reserve by two volunteers, lifelong Headley Down residents Marian Plummer and her daughter Val Ellis.
Some of the money raised will be spent on children’s learning equipment at the reserve.
The free fair will take place at Woodlands Hall Community Centre, Headley Down, on October 26 from 11am to 3pm.
