THE first significant piece of development in Whitehill and Bordon's regeneration has been given the green light. District council planners approved a scheme last Thursday for 100 homes to be built on the Quebec Park barracks site. This marks a "major milestone" in the redevelopment of the town and housing group Radian can now move on to agreeing the necessary legal agreements so planning permission can be formally granted.
