PUPILS at Grayshott Primary School took part in the school’s first annual photography competition.

Children across all year groups were given the task of submitting the most beautiful images they could capture in their viewfinders.

The competition fired their creativity and they came through with some stunning images. There were five categories: landscape, portrait, action, courage and abstract.

The landscape and action categories were won by Lilia Davies, the portrait award was won by Isla Morgan, the courage category was won by Edward Closier and the abstract award was won by Daisy Giles.

The overall winner was Lilia Davies for her picture in the action category.

The picture was taken using an iPhone 7.

Grayshott Primary School headteacher Richard Austin said: “All the children who took part deserve lots of credit.

“We can’t wait to see how this competition develops.”
