SAVILLS, on behalf of the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, has sold the former Elizabeth Dibben Centre in Bordon to a private buyer.

The property sold above the guide price of £500,000. Formerly a healthcare centre, the single-storey property is located on a half-acre plot and was sold for existing class D1 use, which includes non-residential institutions such as health centres, creches, art galleries, museums and church halls.

Tim Longhurst, at Savills Southampton, said: “We are pleased to have secured a new owner occupier for the Elizabeth Dibben Centre after extensive marketing.

“The property will be refurbished and remain in a community use.”
