HE has already repaid the £767.75 he claimed on expenses to clean his swimming pool and now North East Hampshire MP James Arbuthnot has paid back the £4,595 the Conservative Scrutiny Panel recommended for second-home claims and an extra £4,743 as a goodwill gesture.
