Gardeners, bakers and people who fancy a sweet treat should head to the community polytunnel in Bordon tomorrow for a showstopping event.

There should be something for all tastes with a plant swap and cake sale taking place from 1pm to 5pm this Saturday, May 11.

Green-fingered volunteers at the Budds Lane venue have grown an abundance of plants they are keen to share or swap with the community.

The afternoon event is part of a Spring into Health Festival programme devised by the Whitehill & Bordon Community Trust that aims to support health and wellbeing.

And although cake isn’t as healthy as pottering around the garden, a little bit of cake can be good for the soul.

Find the polytunnel next to Building 94 opposite the temporary car park, for more details of other Spring into Health events visit https://www.wb-ct.org/
