STAFF at Marwell Zoo were given a sneaky peek of an upcoming exhibition, arriving this Easter.

The zoo is set to play host to 40 supersized creatures, each constructed by Bordon brick building company, Bright Bricks.

Employees came face to face with a grasshopper mouse (pictured), as well as a giant peacock spider – measuring at 208 times larger than the real creature.

The specialists at Bright Bricks said it would take their team of professional builders more than 10,000 and two million bricks to create the world-first collection.

Other species on display will include a three-metre tarantula and a two-metre spitting cobra.

The display is set to launch on April 4, and creatures will be scattered across the park until September 3.

The display will be included in general admission to the zoo, and creatures can be found at 16 locations across the park.
