ROWLEDGE bowled very tight lines on a parched wicket and dismissed Tichborne Park for just 84 in the Southern Premier League Division Two.
The home team lost dangerous openers Martin?Cheyney and Tom Allam early to Will Ryman and Jake Wish and never looked like posting a competitive total.
Left-arm spinner George Keeley took four of the last six wickets for only 15 runs.
Rowledge openers Chris Yates Jnr (38 not out) and Jake Wish (44 not out) made short work of the chase, knocking off the runs in little more than 17 overs.
