BUSH Hill sealed the Puma Hampshire Premier League title with a 2-0 win at bottom-of-the-table Stockbridge on Tuesday.

Last Saturday, Bush Hill hammered Clanfield 6-1, while Liphook missed a chance to strengthen their grip on second place by losing 1-0 away to Winchester Castle. Liphook remain two points clear in second place, but Fleetlands and Paulsgrove are coming up fast on the outside, both with several games in hand.

Four Marks reached the Aldershot Intermediate Cup final by beating Headley 4-2, after extra time, in the semi-final.

Jack Grover put Headley in front, only for Craig Fry to quickly equalise. Fry scored again early in the second half, but a Dan Strankalis goal took the tie into extra time.

Goals from Tom Reffell and Richard McCann eventually saw ’Marks through to the final of the Mark Coombs Cup.

The final will be played at Aldershot Town’s EBB Stadium on Saturday, May 13 (ko 2.30pm).
