ALDERSHOT Town or Bradford City will host Chesham United in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Southern League Premier Division outfit pulled off the biggest upset of the first round by beating League 2 side Bristol Rovers 1-0. It will be Chesham’s first appearance in the second round for 36 years.
The tie will be played over the weekend of December 4-6.
Aldershot’s first-round replay against Bradford will be played at the Coral Windows Stadium next Wednesday, November 18 (ko 7.45pm) and will be broadcast live on BT Sport which, financially, is excellent news for the Shots. Ticket prices will be confirmed.
Aldershot have signed striker Dipo Akinyemi on loan from Stevenage Borough until December 7.
The 19-year-old, who signed his first professional contract with Boro in July, has made 14 appearances for Teddy Sheringham’s side in 2015-16, including seven starts, and scored one goal.
He was previously with Potters Bar Town and played for the Stevenage Academy side at the end of last season, where his pace and composure impressed former England and Manchester United striker Sheringham.
After hosting Lincoln City in midweek, Aldershot travel to struggling Kidderminster for another National League fixture this Saturday.
